Fast Channel Network has leased 18,500 square feet at 200 W. Monroe Street. After an extensive market search, Beitler represented Fast Channel in negotiating a lease at 200 W Monroe. The Building’s technological infrastructure, location and economics made this option extremely appealing.
Fast Channel Network is a video production and editing company that has locations across the United States and in Europe. Fast Channel works as a third party between ad agencies and distribution outlets such as radio, TV and print in the tracking, storing and editing of commercial spots.
Beitler represented Fast Channel Network and The John Buck Company represented ownership.
