Beitler Properties LLC represented Powell/Kleinschmidt, Inc. in the renewal of their office lease at 645 North Michigan Avenue. P/K, an interior architectural firm since 1976, explored several options before deciding to renew its 5,420 square foot lease. Beitler was able to dramatically reduce P/K’s rent while achieving additional objectives which included a competitive tenant improvement allowance, rent abatement, an expansion option and the ability to redesign their eighth floor corridor.
