Beitler Properties LLC recently represented two firms in lease transactions. M. Wood Company, located at 135 S. LaSalle, expanded and renewed 4,503 square feet. Beitler was able to negotiate favorable renewal terms including a turn-key build out of M. Wood’s expansion space.
John Paul Beitler III of Beitler Properties LLC represented M. Wood Company while Faye Oomen of AmTrust Realty Corporation represented 135 South LaSalle.
Beitler Properties LLC represented Vanguard Technology Corporation in their relocation from 28 East Jackson Street to 221 North LaSalle Street. Beitler was able to successfully identify a plug-and-play office opportunity and also accommodated Vanguarsto expansion into the 2,245 square feet space.
